Luke Marley

Luke started VeraCrest after seeing first-hand how businesses can let customers down at checkouts, on refunds and in customer support. He wants to help UK businesses spot those problems early, and fix them before customers or regulators find them.

Luke also runs Consumer Protection UK (CPUK), a separate, free consumer-help site run as a community interest company. VeraCrest and CPUK are independent of each other and share no data, hosting or branding.
