What do you look at?

What you ask us to look at. For VeraTrust that means your public pages, such as the storefront, terms and checkout, and a test account where needed. We agree the scope with you and get your written permission before we test anything.

Do you need my customers' personal data?

Not for VeraTrust, which works from public pages and test accounts. Some services, such as VeraTag, involve support tickets, so personal details are redacted first and we explain how to do that safely before anything is shared. Please do not email customer data to us.

Who checks the findings?

A trained reviewer checks every finding before it reaches you. They confirm, reject or adjust each one.

Can I buy a service today?

Not yet. The websites are in active development and services cannot be purchased yet. You can email us to say what you are interested in. Prices shown are drafts.

Will a regulator agree with your findings?

We cannot promise that. We say "possible risk" because only a court or regulator can decide whether something breaks the law. A report with few findings is not a guarantee of compliance.
